This book is one of the master tools made by David R Hawkins that is required to releasing trauma, old emotions, and any new negative emotions that seems to arrive out of nowhere.

It is great when it comes to clearing and shadow work. When we have emotions, we rather don’t know how to deal with them, or we project our emotions onto others, think its their fault, and blame the outside world.

This book puts a full stop to this and turns the responsibility completely on you, how you feel, and how to manage your emotions. Many people fear commitment, and at one point I feared it too, until I decided I needed to evolve and put in self-work to clear out my issues.

Many of our bad experiences and events come from repressed or trapped emotions from the past, which we have not had the chance or awareness to unearth and clear.

This book teaches you why you have these feelings, techniques to deal with them, and recontextualization (recapitulation) of your perspective to clear and release them.

Since reading this book (and reading sections to help handle my negative emotions with love and acceptance), I feel less light and not as easily trapped or triggered by old feelings of the past.

They still come up, but these book helps me to release them faster, and defiantly not project them onto other people. When I stopped the blame and took responsibility for my feelings, I gained more power, and overall, I feel more powerful than before. You can evolve and take responsibility too.

Change your life forever with the use of David R Hawkins book Letting Go the Art of Surrender.
